What Is a Trade Narrative? — Building the logical story before putting capital at risk

The Logical Story You Build Before Entering a Trade

  • Step 1 - Identify Market Bias: Bullish or Bearish? Assess Higher Timeframe structure.
  • Step 2 - Locate Liquidity: Where are stop losses resting? (Equal highs/lows, support/resistance).
  • Step 3 - Wait for Liquidity to Be Taken: Wait for a liquidity grab or stop hunt.
  • Step 4 - Look for Confirmation: Look for a lower timeframe CHoCH or Market Structure Shift (MSS).
  • Step 5 - Enter at Key Zone: Position your limit at an Order Block, FVG, or OTE zone. Key Insight: Random Trades = Random Results. Structured Narrative = Consistent Decision-Making.
